Equity Investments

Hancock Capital Management targets non-controlling investments in established businesses led by experienced management teams and shareholders, including private equity funds. We provide equity capital on a stand-alone basis or together with an investment in debt securities. We typically invest between $10 million and $50 million in a transaction and have the capacity to make substantial incremental investments to support growth. We are considered a valued investment partner due to the speed at which we make decisions, our long-term, patient approach towards building value, our deep industry knowledge, and our involvement and commitment at the board level.
